Everything you see is very well handmade in a smoke free home, and originates from a desire to enhance childhood memories, whether they are nostalgic or currently being lived. A moment lasts all of a second but the memory lives on forever.

Shipping
Items will be shipped via Australia Post once full payment is received.

For an additional fee, Australian customers have the option to choose Express post (for speed and tracking) which is our preference and we highly recommend.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post AIRMAIL without insurance. Please allow 14 days for delivery. If you wish to order insurance on your items during shipping, please contact us prior to your purchase.

Unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for any charges or taxes that international customs offices may place on your package. We will not be held responsible for lost orders.

All orders are shipped as soon as possible, excluding public holidays. Shipping discounts are available for multiple purchases but will need to be calculated prior to ordering, please contact us for applicable discount.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure your shipping info is correct - we want you to receive you package ASAP!

A lot of care is taken to ensure items are packaged appropriately using new, Australia Post approved packing materials where possible. If you have any issues with items that are damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final with no exceptions.

Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if you simply change your mind.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is clearly faulty and returned, at buyers expense, within 21 days of purchase.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Measurements and photos have been taken with great care. Please keep in mind that colours can vary from screen to screen.
If you would like additional information about any item, please contact us and we will get back to you quickly.

Most listed items have already been made so there is no wait time on production. There may be occasion where we all pre-ordering of an item not already created. If this is the case, it will be stated in the items description, along with an estimated production time.

Please contact us immediately (within 2 working days) of receiving your item if it is damaged or faulty. We will do our best to help you - quality customer service is important to us.
